consume activated charcoal daily because it also absorbs the good
nutrients. Do not take charcoal with other medication.

Activated charcoal is highly adsorbent; when it is ingested at the
same time as medication, supplements and foods it may decrease their
absorption and utilization. In addition, activated charcoal has a
natural tendency to cause constipation.

Sebagai tambahan:
Jumlah total HDL dan LDL tidak boleh lebih dari 200 dimana jumlah LDL
harus lebih banyak dari HDL dan HDL tidak boleh kurang dari 35.
Diluar guideline tsb, anda berada di 'risky' zone.
