Please, find attach information about Swine Flu/Flu Babi..
About swine flu, I think all IKAMI members already have enough information because easy for us to use internet to get an update news.
In case of an outbreak the most important thing to do is :
1. Follow the instruction especially preventive action(personal hygiene) as mentioned in this circular
2. Avoid unnecessary travelling.
3. Avoid someone who is sick with symptoms of flu.
4. Keep your body healthy (exercise regularly, enough sleep, drink a lot of water)
In case there is an outbreak we should prepare;
- Mask ( Surgical mask ) to be used in case of an outbreak
- Tamiflu mediciane used only for suspected cases of Swine Flu the dose is 2x1/day for 5 days
- Influenza test reagent to test for Influenza A usually available in a Hospital/laboratory
